Experience a day as a team member and accompany him to local suppliers, take part in meetings, experience moods and inspirations and look over his shoulder in the kitchen during the dinner service, the busiest and most exciting time.

Time schedule:

From 9 a.m.
Meet in the hotel lobby
Visit local farmers and select organic and fresh products
Back to the hotel
Preparation of the mise en place in the kitchen
Internal food & beverage meeting

11.30 a.m.
Lunch with Rolf

From 1 p.m.
Continuation of the preparation if the mise en place
Break until the evening service
Preparation for the dinner service

5.30 p.m.
Dinner with Rolf

From 6 p.m.
Service meeting and bringing you into the right mood for the evening
Evening service starts
