At age 32, our Executive Chef is the youngest two-star chef in Europe. The Michelin Guide recently awarded the 32-year-old chef two Michelin stars for RISTORANTE ECCO ON SNOW at the Hotel GIARDINO MOUNTAIN in St Moritz, which makes Fliegauf the youngest and only chef in Switzerland with a total of four Michelin stars to his name. Fliegauf heads up to the RISTORANTE ECCO ON SNOW in the winter months, while in summer he decamps with his team to the renowned HOTEL GIARDINO Ascona and RISTORANTE ECCO, for which he was awarded one Michelin star in 2007 and a second in 2010. Opening hours

Wednesday until Sunday, from 7 p.m. to 12 p.m., last order within 9.30 p.m.
On Sundays also open at lunchtime from 12 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The RISTORANTE ECCO is open until Sunday, 13th October 2013.
